Jano Viljoen founded JV Human Capital with the belief that recruitment works best when relationships come before transactions.
With extensive experience in specialist recruitment and team leadership across the South African and UK construction and engineering markets, Jano has built his career around understanding both the people and businesses that make these industries work.
His approach remains deliberately hands-on. From taking the initial requirement and understanding the project through to identifying, interviewing and representing candidates, Jano remains actively involved throughout the recruitment process and beyond placement.
That personal involvement has helped shape JV Human Capital into a business built around relationships, persistence, market knowledge and delivering on commitments.
