Description:
Experienced building Estimator required for major commercial construction tenders.
Key Duties:
- Review tender documentation and drawings
- Prepare detailed construction estimates
- Compile BOQs and tender submissions
- Obtain and analyse subcontractor quotations
- Price labour, materials and preliminaries
- Tender adjudication and risk assessment
- CCS Candy estimating
