Salary: R30,000 – R42,000 CTC per month
Description:
Finishing Foreman required for high-quality residential and commercial building projects.
Key Duties:
- Manage internal and external finishing trades
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Quality inspections and snagging
- Monitor finishing programmes
- Ensure finishes meet specifications
- Drive projects through to handover
