Description:
Experienced Quantity Surveyor required with strong commercial building construction exposure.
Key Duties:
- Measurement and BOQ management
- Subcontractor procurement and appointments
- Progress claims and payment certificates
- Variation costing and cost reporting
- Final accounts and commercial administration
- Budget and project cost control
