Description:
Experienced Building Foreman required for commercial and residential construction projects.
Key Duties:
- Manage site labour and subcontractors
- Coordinate wet trades and structural works
- Monitor quality and programme
- Material planning and site logistics
- Interpret construction drawings
- Assist with snagging and handover
