Description:
Senior QS required for commercial, retail and industrial building projects throughout Gauteng.
Key Duties:
- Full commercial management of projects
- Procurement and subcontractor appointments
- Monthly valuations and cost reporting
- Variations and contractual claims
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Final accounts
- Mentor junior commercial staff
