Description:
Experienced Site Manager required for high-end residential construction projects in the Western Cape.
Key Duties:
- Manage projects from structural works through finishing
- Coordinate specialist subcontractors
- Maintain exceptionally high finishing standards
- Programme and material management
- Client, architect and consultant liaison
- Quality control, snagging and handover
